SkoolHeads Terms of Service


Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Skoolheads platform.
By using Skoolheads, users agree to comply with these Terms.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old and currently enrolled in a U.S. high school (Grades 9–12).
Students in IEP, Special Education, Section 504, or Transition programs may remain eligible up to age 22.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate account information including school identification and verification email.

Tap-In Invitation System

Skoolheads may operate a student invitation system allowing verified students to invite other eligible students.
Misuse may result in account suspension.

User Content

Users retain ownership of content but grant Skoolheads a license to host, display, and distribute content to operate the platform.

Section 230 Platform Protection

Skoolheads operates as an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
The platform is not responsible for content posted by users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skoolheads shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration and users waive participation in class-action lawsuits.
