Skoolheads Privacy Policy


Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Skoolheads Corporation (“Skoolheads”) collects, uses, and protects information when users access the Skoolheads platform.

Skoolheads is designed exclusively for currently enrolled U.S. high school students (Grades 9–12).

Information We Collect

Account information (username, school, graduation year, school email), uploaded content (videos, photos, comments, messages), and technical data (device information, IP address, usage activity).

How Information Is Used

Information is used to verify student eligibility, operate the platform, enforce safety policies, moderate content, and improve platform performance.

User Content License

By uploading content to Skoolheads, users grant Skoolheads a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating the platform.

Data Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the platform, school officials during safety concerns, and law enforcement when required by law.

IEP / Disability Access

Students participating in Individualized Education Programs (IEP), Section 504 Plans, Special Education programs, or Transition programs up to age 22 remain eligible to use the platform.
